This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage grocery retail customers within the sales territory in an independent and reliable manner.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize market potential, particularly for our key brands: Mio Mio, Berentzen, and Puschkin.
• Proactively influence order quantities at the point of sale (POS) to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure effective execution of listings and promotional agreements with key accounts.
• Initiate in-store secondary placements and various promotional activities at the POS.
• Perform competitive analyses to stay informed about market trends.
• Completed commercial training along with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of the grocery retail sector (LEH) structure.
• Must reside within the designated sales territory.
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a structured and target-oriented manner, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven experience and skill in conducting sales negotiations.
• Significant autonomy in carrying out independent and responsible work.
