This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with wholesale partners and key installer clients.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and assist with large projects in the region.
• Represent Resideo at trade exhibitions, local events, and customer training sessions.
• Provide product presentations and technical workshops for distributors and end customers.
• Assist regional sales efforts and marketing strategies in line with the national plan.
• Stimulate demand through point-of-sale (POS) initiatives and regional promotions.
• Keep precise customer and project information up to date in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on inventory management, customer service, and performance monitoring.
• Sales experience in a technical or B2B setting (preferably with experience in three-tier distribution).
• Outstanding communication abilities and a talent for building strong customer relationships.
• Self-assured, customer-oriented attitude with the capability to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the designated region.
