This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meet established sales and collection objectives.
• Oversee the distributor and dealer network, including its expansion.
• Enhance business growth in the region by acquiring new A & B Class bodyshop accounts.
• Manage service requirements for body shops and key clients in the area.
• Conduct planning and forecasting for sales, materials, and operational development.
• Collaborate with a team of technical associates and ensure internal coordination with various departments.
• Foster strong relationships with channel partners and end customers.
• Accountable for overall business development within the designated area.
• Take the initiative in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• MBA or a degree in paint technology or chemical engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales position.
• Background in industries such as paint (refinish), tyre, lubricants, or automobile.
• Capability to cover a large territory.
