
Area Sales Manager – North-East Italy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Lead sales development efforts within your designated district, directly reporting to the International Sales Manager located in Germany.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising assistance, and technical product knowledge.
• Enhance brand and product visibility at trade shows, with specialist dealers, and other relevant retailers.
• Identify and secure new clients across diverse market segments, such as electrical installation, construction, automotive, and sanitary/plumbing.
• Conduct joint visits with customers’ sales teams, including end-user interactions and product demonstrations/trainings.
• Evaluate market, customer, and competitor data within the region.
• Travel extensively, spending 3–4 days per week on the road, with 1–2 days working from home.
• A university degree or a comparable commercial qualification, preferably focused on marketing and sales.
• A minimum of three years of professional sales experience, ideally with technical products or tools.
• A proven history of establishing relationships with distributors and end customers.
• Familiarity with digital sales, marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
