This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meet POS sales objectives across various stores and chains
• Propel growth beyond category and macro trends
• Enhance product visibility and market share at the store level
• Achieve market share goals at the MT/product level
• Discover growth opportunities at the SKU, store, and chain levels
• Examine POS data to identify gaps and implement actions
• Create monthly targets and SKU focus plans for each store
• Lead account-driven growth initiatives in the region/area
• Facilitate monthly evaluations with regional and chain teams
• Share insights and best practices derived from field experiences
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Management preferred)
• 3–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Retail
• Prior experience in Modern Trade (MT) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently (3–5 days/week with overnight stays)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution capabilities
• Proven experience in managing and influencing teams
• A culture of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) that shapes expectations
