This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for sales in the Koblenz, Trier, Kaiserslautern, and Luxembourg regions: Utilizing your experience and knowledge, you will make independent decisions within a defined framework.
• Comprehensive development of existing clients and acquisition of new ones: You take pleasure in reaching out to and securing new customers for Schäfer Shop, understanding the significance of thoroughly developing and managing our existing and contracted clients to optimize potential.
• Trend scouting and market needs identification: You possess the ability to maintain an overview while also delving into details when necessary.
• Meeting the designated sales goals for the field sales team: You are driven by targets and are consistently motivated to achieve them.
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes, conducting price negotiations, and scheduling customer appointments: Effective communication and coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and partners are crucial. You ensure that both stakeholders’ (particularly the customer’s) needs and the process are well-managed.
• Regular attendance in meetings and active involvement in projects: You naturally engage and contribute.
• Excellent proficiency in German and French.
• Relevant commercial/business training or equivalent qualifications.
• Ideally, some initial field sales experience, or a strong motivation to acquire this experience.
• A communicative and approachable personality with a high level of initiative and diligence.
• A passion for acquiring new customers and negotiating with them.
• Strong motivation, flexibility, organizational skills, and creativity.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Structured and systematic approach to thinking and working.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ideally, experience with SAP.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility within the sales territory.
• Must reside within the sales territory.
• Comprehensive onboarding at the Betzdorf site (approximately 2 weeks) with support from our onboarding manager.
