This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives in Jharkhand & Odisha
• Manage the appointment of new dealers, distributors, and retailers, while also fostering market share growth
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, comprehending their requirements and offering suitable solutions
• Perform site evaluations and assessments to gain insight into customer operations and pinpoint potential opportunities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and product development
• Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in technology
• Create and present technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA in Marketing preferred
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the agriculture and domestic pump sectors (Submersible, monoblocs, and minipumps)
• Results-oriented sales professional equipped with a solid technical foundation in submersible pumps and motors
• Full-time position
• Key responsibilities aligned with essential duties and responsibilities
• In-depth technical expertise in submersible pumps and motors, covering design, application, and installation
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA in Marketing preferred
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs, and minipumps)
