This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for all sales operations.
• Enhance the LEMKEN brand presence in the region and grow the business.
• Implement sales initiatives and track dealer inventory.
• Actively coordinate individual demonstrations, field events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Inspire and expand a dynamic dealer network for LEMKEN within the sales territory.
• Provide daily assistance to dealers in the marketing and servicing of LEMKEN products.
• Identify market and innovation trends while collaborating closely with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D teams at the headquarters in Germany.
• Proven experience in a Sales, Service, or Product Management role within the agricultural equipment sector.
• Strong interest and understanding of farming, agricultural machinery, and dealer relationships for selling agricultural machines in the designated sales area.
• Good technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Dedicated and capable of contributing to a growing team.
• Familiarity with Social Media Tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or German.
