This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for sales in the Essen, Bocholt & Hagen region: Drawing on your experiences and expertise, you will make decisions independently within a defined framework.
• Comprehensive development of our existing customers and acquisition of new clients: You enjoy engaging and winning new customers for Schäfer Shop, while also understanding the importance of holistically developing and supporting our existing contract customers to maximize potential. In this role, you will be both a hunter and a farmer.
• Trend scouting and identifying market needs: You possess a talent for gaining an overview while also being able to dive deep into details when necessary.
• Achieving set sales targets for field sales: Goals motivate you, and you are always driven to achieve them.
• Creating and following up on offers, conducting price negotiations, and planning customer meetings: Effective communication and coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and partners play a vital role here. You manage the needs of all parties involved, especially the customer, as well as the process.
• Regular participation in conferences and involvement in projects: You actively contribute and engage in all activities.
• Qualified commercial training or equivalent experience.
• Ideally, some experience in field sales or a strong motivation to gain this experience.
• Communicative and open personality with a lot of initiative and diligence.
• Passion for acquiring new customers and negotiating with clients.
• High levels of motivation, flexibility, organization, and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Structured and systematic thinking and working style.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Good command of English.
• Ideally, experience with SAP.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility within the sales area.
• Residence within the sales territory.
• Comprehensive onboarding at the Betzdorf location (approximately 2 weeks) with support from our onboarding manager.
