This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively acquiring business clients in the shell construction and façade industry.
• Managing relationships with existing clients, including construction firms, precast concrete producers, specialized building product retailers, steel suppliers, and elevator companies.
• Identifying additional market opportunities and actively promoting new products.
• Conducting research activities as part of project initiatives.
• Providing customer support at trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in consulting and application engineering, inside sales, and the estimating department.
• Completed technical or vocational training with a strong commercial understanding, or equivalent qualifications.
• A number of years of professional experience in the construction sector and in selling consultative structural or construction products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region and attend trade fairs.
• Proficient in using an ERP system, preferably ProAlpha.
• Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a pronounced ability to work in a team.
