This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Manage the existing customer portfolio effectively.
• Identify and acquire new customers while providing support for daily operations.
• Comprehend and expand within the sub-metering market.
• Conduct market mapping for thermal energy, water distribution, and sub-metering.
• Track sales opportunities and prepare quotations.
• Set and plan sales targets for the region.
• Accountable for successfully meeting the annual budget.
• Provide customer support in the distribution sector, including technical assistance and sales consulting.
• Create specifications for tenders.
• Coordinate customer inquiries within the organization.
• Collaborate with the internal sales department and product management on customer inquiries.
• Prepare offers for the internal sales department.
• Conduct regular reporting to the Director of International Sales.
• Required experience in thermal energy, water monitoring, and sub-metering markets for France and designated countries.
• Several years of professional experience in billing services, real estate economics, or public utilities, preferably with a focus on metering technology or the production of measuring devices.
• Comprehensive vocational training in HVAC, building services engineering, or a related field.
• Strong capability to communicate intricate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Resilience, reliability, and adaptability under pressure.
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office) for effective software and system utilization.
• Fluency in French and English is essential. Additional languages relevant to the assigned region (e.g., Dutch, Swedish) are a significant advantage.
