This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and provide guidance to current B2B clients within the region spanning Rostock, Neuruppin, and Ludwigslust.
• Enhance the existing KALO services focused on heating cost billing.
• Discover pertinent modernization prospects in heating optimization.
• Proactively seek new clients in the professional residential property management arena.
• Promote KALO’s comprehensive solutions portfolio, which includes Smart Heating technologies.
• Perform thorough market and potential analyses.
• Independently recognize and qualify new target clients, projects, and regional expansion opportunities.
• Foster cross-selling and upselling throughout the complete product range.
• Illustrate specific efficiency, CO₂ reductions, and cost advantages to clients.
• Collaborate closely with KALO’s operational field service team to guarantee customer-oriented execution of installation processes, modernization initiatives, and product launches.
• Minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales involving technical products or services that necessitate explanation.
• Preferably, background in energy efficiency, IoT, or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of the residential property management or energy sectors; alternatively, experience in a related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive abilities.
• Capability to articulate complex technical subjects in a manner suitable for the target audience.
• Strong customer focus and closing skills, with the ability to identify and utilize cross-selling and upselling prospects.
• Technical proficiency.
• Openness to learning about digital heating systems, Smart Heating technologies, and hydraulic balancing.
• Solution-oriented attitude, initiative, and decisiveness.
• Residence within the area between Rostock, Waren, Neuruppin, and Ludwigslust.
