This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take full responsibility for planning and overseeing all sales operations within your designated territory.
• Alongside acquiring new clients, you will also nurture and maintain relationships with our current on-site customer base.
• Collaborating with our specialists, you will create customized and tailored solutions for our clients.
• You will keep an eye on market trends and sustain existing connections to broaden our network and enhance our brand reputation.
• A background in commercial training complemented by a solid technical understanding or a technical education paired with strong commercial expertise.
• Several years of experience in field sales, specifically in selling technically complex products or capital goods, and/or experience in project or business-to-business sales is preferred.
• A strong initiative and persuasive abilities, along with confident communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and possessing good spatial reasoning and visualization skills — you will have the opportunity to learn how to create AutoCAD drawings with us.
