This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Spearhead business development and sales initiatives, concentrating on key accounts and valuable partnerships.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the designated region.
• Collaborate with end-users for validation, testing, and prototyping processes.
• Partner with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to incorporate our technology.
• Work in tandem with partners to enhance territory coverage and drive additional growth.
• Engage with both engineering teams and senior management.
• Leverage CRM tools to effectively manage customer relationships and monitor sales activities.
• Play a vital role in expanding business presence and market share across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and surrounding countries.
• Extensive experience in sales, channel, and account management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial automation sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing relationships with major industrial clients.
• Technical expertise in robotics and/or automation systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in Southern Europe, including key areas such as automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, as well as pharmaceuticals and biotech research.
• Self-driven, organized, and commercially focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on being a CRM power user.
• Fluent in both Italian and English; proficiency in Spanish and French is an advantage.
