This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage a well-organized pipeline of leads and opportunities utilizing the CRM system.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth within designated territories.
• Ensure timely submission of large contracts through GEM Portals and various other government platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management assessment.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling efforts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their energy requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our energy products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining precise records of sales activities and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Minimum experience of 6-8 years, particularly with clients such as EIL, PDIL, IOCL, ONGC, BHEL, etc.
• Proven experience in submitting online tenders for clients like EIL, IOCL, and BHEL through the GEM portal.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Understanding of various types of heat exchangers.
• Knowledge of heat transfer principles.
• Familiarity with metallurgy.
• Comprehension of mass transfer concepts.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Competence in MS Office and related tools.
