This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Management and further development of existing clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Food & Beverage as well as financial institutions)
• Proactive acquisition of new clients within your sales territory
• Consulting on solutions and services that deliver genuine business impact
• Market and competitive analysis, along with participation in the development of new solutions
• Technical training with a commercial additional qualification or commercial training with technical understanding/experience; further training in sales is an advantage
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the sale of capital goods and system solutions; experience in an international company is desirable
• Industry knowledge in the Food & Beverage or financial institutions sector is preferred
• Entrepreneurial, networked thinking along with a strong customer and market orientation
• Analytical and strategic strength, structured approach, and high self-organization
• Convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in acquisition and relationship management
• Fluent in German and good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory (primarily German-speaking Switzerland)
