This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead business development and sales initiatives, concentrating on key accounts and valuable partnerships.
• Surpass sales targets within the designated region.
• Collaborate with end-users for product validation, testing, and prototyping.
• Partner with OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) to incorporate our technology.
• Work in tandem with partners to enhance territory coverage and promote further growth.
• Engage with engineering teams as well as senior management.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage customer relationships and efficiently monitor sales activities.
• Play a role in expanding business presence and boosting market share in the DACH region and Europe as part of a team.
• Proven track record in sales, channel, and account management.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of industrial automation.
• Established success in managing and nurturing relationships with large industrial clients.
• Technical expertise in robotics and/or automation systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the DACH region, including automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research.
• Self-driven, organized, commercially focused, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; being a CRM power user is crucial.
• Fluent in both German and English.
