
Area Sales Manager – Cleaning Workspace Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead the growth of sales and business development for the Cleaning Workspace Safety Vertical in North India.
• Enhance a unique brand experience across Facility Management companies, Building Service Contractors, QSRs, Hotels, and Commercial Properties.
• Emphasize specification selling, expand channels, manage key accounts, and ensure execution excellence.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process for floor care and surface care solutions in the Northern region.
• Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing SFDC (Salesforce) for managing accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to implement campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• 5–7 years of pertinent experience in core B2B sales.
• Strong capabilities in B2B sales and business development.
• Expertise in specification and concept selling.
• Experience in channel management (dealer/distributor handling).
• Proficient in key account management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (SFDC is mandatory).
• Strong commercial acumen and pricing strategy skills.
• Excellent stakeholder influencing and negotiation abilities.
• MBA (Sales/Marketing or equivalent) is required.
