This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Effectively present and convey the company's offerings to all levels of management at Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone inquiries directed at Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain ongoing communication, both via phone and in-person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or its equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within an automotive dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-driven mindset: achieving objectives in alignment with company goals;
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealership visits;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position, as driving constitutes a key responsibility.
