This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Effectively present and convey our company’s products and services to various levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure constant and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Competent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Result-oriented with a focus on achieving Company objectives;
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time due to visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
