This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the designated territory, driving sales growth through both existing and prospective clients; aim to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Perform customer analysis to grasp business needs and identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring progression and continuous activity; engage in cold calling and on-site visits to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Conduct at least 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and facilitate 2-3 meetings per day.
• Implement and execute the Company’s sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all product offerings.
• Professionally educate customers about the product lineup; possess knowledge of device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products meet customer needs; perform product demonstrations while complying with Company protocols.
• Establish, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms following Company guidelines, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data (Salesforce) through regular updates, compile reports, and participate in calls and meetings as required.
• Assist with installations at customer sites according to the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual/quarterly budgets.
• Provide timely forecasts and sales reports.
• Work collaboratively with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• Preferred 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales.
• Experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• A demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Excellent skills in cold calling, sales, and negotiation, with the ability to cultivate relationships with prospects and customers.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with all internal departments.
• Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
