This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to attract new customers—strategically enhancing your existing client portfolio while building strong, enduring relationships with clients.
• You are intimately familiar with your sales territory and actively work to expand it while independently securing new customers.
• You will serve as a valuable business partner to hairdressers, working collaboratively with Education and Marketing to create tailored strategies that empower your clients.

• With our extensive product training and thorough onboarding process, you will be equipped to take full ownership of your sales territory.
• We conduct regular internal meetings aimed at continuously improving your knowledge and skills, ensuring you remain at the forefront of your field!
• You must reside within the designated sales territory.
• A strong passion for beauty products is essential, along with a keen awareness of lifestyle trends and fashion.
• You should possess sharp business instincts and ideally have experience in sales, training, and presentations.
• Your approachable and confident personality should shine through, allowing you to engage in conversations effortlessly.
• A strong service orientation and customer focus are key characteristics.
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for collaborating within an agile team environment.
• Proficiency with the iPad, standard MS Office applications, and social media platforms is required.
• Knowledge of English is advantageous!
