This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You will secure new ERP projects within mid-sized organizations and manage your sales cycle independently until closure.
• Collaborating with a diverse team, you will advance deals and effectively present the complete Proalpha portfolio in the market.
• As a catalyst for new ERP initiatives, you will enhance Proalpha's presence in the mid-market sector and strategically broaden your customer base.
• By consistently overseeing your sales cycle, you will confidently guide projects from the initial contact to finalization.
• Engaging with C-level executives, you will position modern on-premise and cloud solutions alongside the full suite of services.
• By continuously analyzing the market, you will ensure the attainment of your revenue and growth objectives.
• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience in business or ERP sales.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment, especially discrete manufacturing, along with an understanding of modern business applications.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, exhibiting a clear hunter mentality and a focus on closing deals.
• Proficient in German and possess good English skills for communication in an international setting.
