This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement territory strategies by analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer requirements, and growth potential in key markets.
• Cultivate and enhance distribution partnerships by gaining insights into purchasing behaviors, aligning incentives, and creating tailored growth strategies.
• Stimulate contractor demand by effectively communicating Owens Corning’s value proposition and aligning distributor inventory with customer needs.
• Achieve volume growth while upholding pricing integrity through value-based selling and strategic account management.
• Establish and sustain a structured operational rhythm that encompasses customer engagement, pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritizing opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects by analyzing market gaps, competitor movements, and underserved customer segments.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and other significant stakeholders within the territory.
• Utilize cross-functional resources to create customer solutions, eliminate obstacles, and enhance market penetration and share expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical teams to synchronize strategy and execution.
• Apply customer insights, market intelligence, and sales analytics to inform business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship cultivation to opportunity closure and ongoing account management.
• Represent Owens Corning with professionalism in the market while providing exceptional customer service and support.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related commercial field.
• Proven track record in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, customer relationship management, and closing deals.
• Experience in formulating and executing territory, customer, or market growth strategies.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and customer relationships in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to recognize customer needs and devise effective solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Proficient with CRM systems, sales tools, and business analytics.
• Willingness and capacity to travel approximately 40–45% within the assigned territory.
