This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and inspire the team.

• Collaborate closely with the sales capability team to ensure effective training delivery to the team.

• Design and oversee an annual business unit plan aimed at achieving the agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.

• Provide necessary reporting as required.

• Foster strong customer business relationships that yield positive outcomes.

• Work in partnership with key stakeholders to maximize returns in your area.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of category and insights knowledge, mentoring the team in utilizing category tools to engage and influence customers.

• Familiarity with the market and routes-to-market relevant to Mondelēz International.

• Proven experience in sales.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.

• Determination and meticulous attention to detail.
