This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales capability team to ensure effective training delivery to the team.
• Design and oversee an annual business unit plan aimed at achieving the agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
• Provide necessary reporting as required.
