This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Selling Resideo products in the heating and water systems sector through a network of wholesalers, retailers, energy suppliers, and other key partners.
• Generating demand among installers, designers, investor representatives, and industrial enterprises.
• Maintaining and developing cooperation with existing customers in the region.
• Acquiring new customers and project opportunities.
• Achieving financial targets.
• Conducting business visits to customers.
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
• Creating demand for Resideo and Honeywell Home products through training for installers/distributors.
• Collecting registrations for the Opt-Ins program, loyalty program, and Resideo Academy.
• Representing Resideo at exhibitions, trade fairs, and regional events to promote solutions and generate new business opportunities.
• Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage special pricing agreements, provide insights into potential customers, track opportunities, and report findings.
• Monitoring competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with management.
• Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English at a communicative level.
• Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in the HVAC sector or related fields of construction technologies and services.
• Excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Annual bonus of up to 45% of the gross annual salary in accordance with the terms of your individual Sales Incentive Plan.
• A company car for personal use or a monthly car allowance of EUR 575 gross.
• A monthly home office allowance of EUR 50, as this position is performed remotely.
• A contribution for using your own device (Bring Your Own Device) of EUR 69.81 per month.
• Supplemental pension savings with employer contributions of up to 2% of the monthly base salary (after the probation period).
• Meal vouchers or a financial contribution for meals provided for each working day.
• A one-time referral bonus for recommending a candidate ranging from EUR 400 to EUR 1200, depending on the position filled and program conditions.
