Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Meet designated sales and collection objectives.

• Oversee the distributor and dealer network, including efforts to expand the network.

• Further enhance business within the region by acquiring new B Class bodyshop accounts.

• Address the service needs of bodyshops and key clients in the area.

• Engage in planning and forecasting activities.

• Supervise a team of Sales and Technical staff (including contract management).

• Sustain relationships with vendors.

• Accountable for overall business growth in the specified region.

• Take initiative in recognizing and cultivating new business prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or a degree in paint technology or Chemical Engineering.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the paints or automotive aftermarket sector.
