This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for meeting the targets assigned to the Engineer/territory.
• Tasked with the growth of business within the specified territory (Gujarat).
• Cultivate new business and customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction among existing clients.
• Perform plant studies, surveys, and audits at End-User locations, generating opportunities and orders by providing valuable solutions to customers.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate to secure orders.
• Responsible for sizing and selection of ARI products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to coordinate with the factory for timely order dispatches, among other tasks.
• Provide support to other sales branches as needed.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a similar role managing a geographical territory.
• Relevant experience with strong knowledge of the valve industry and steam products.
• Outstanding managerial abilities.
• Capability to set priorities, work independently, and pursue objectives with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, with proficient verbal and written English abilities.
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
