This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Central America that aligns with the company’s goals and market dynamics.
• Source, assess, and onboard new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring representation in crucial markets and sectors.
• Seek and capitalize on new business prospects that support the company’s expansion strategy.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform market analysis to recognize emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Examine market data to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize various projects and initiatives concurrently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security sector or a comparable industry.
• Proven sales experience specifically in the Central American markets.
• In-depth technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or fire alarm systems.
• **Languages:** Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a bonus.
• Established track record of engaging in the complete sales process, from pinpointing new business opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in crafting and executing successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at the executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, recognize customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and advancements in electronic security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
