This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan in Mexico that aligns with company goals and market dynamics.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring coverage in essential markets and sectors.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects that align with the company's expansion strategy.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to recognize new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Evaluate market data to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the **Mexican market.**
• Strong technical proficiency in electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or fire alarm systems.
• **Languages:** Proficient in **Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.**
• Established track record of participating in the complete sales process, from identifying new opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in creating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry executives.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify customer demands, and formulate effective solutions.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
