This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy in Argentina that aligns with company goals and market dynamics.
• Discover, assess, and onboard new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring coverage in essential markets and sectors.
• Seek and capitalize on new business opportunities that support the company's growth objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Evaluate market data to create and implement impactful sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Create and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry or a related field.
• Proven sales experience within the **Argentine market.**
• In-depth technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, or fire alarm systems.
• **Languages:** Proficient in **Spanish; English is a plus.**
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying new business prospects to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Experience in formulating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at an executive level.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks at once.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
