This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coach and develop sales leaders.
• Enhance performance through Power Hours, on-site coaching for tours, and support with complex opportunities.
• Guide sellers in objection handling, live call execution, and high-stakes interactions with clients.
• Take ownership of revenue performance across venues by driving target achievements and enhancing conversion rates.
• Proactively identify performance gaps and take decisive actions to correct course and safeguard revenue.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Event Sales Directors and Managers, daily market huddles, and weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain a data-driven approach through dashboard evaluations, reporting analysis, and sales coordination.
• Oversee event closeouts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and a positive post-event guest experience.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key accounts, community leaders, and business partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership of direct reports.
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in multi-unit sales leadership is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume events or hospitality sales settings.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems; familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.
• Must be at least 21 years of age as mandated by state or local law.
