Area Retail Associate – Kerala & TN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to multiple PUMA SIS with their daily operational needs.

• Monitor SIS-level key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Aid SIS staff in reaching sales goals by enhancing service and selling capabilities.

• Evaluate SIS performance and share findings with the Area Sales Manager.

• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently applied across all SIS.

• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches.

• Review SIS display quality and offer corrective action plans as necessary.

• Assist SIS in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and controlling shrinkage.

• Identify fast and slow-moving products and assist in stock balancing across locations.

• Report any stock shortages and discrepancies to the Area Manager.

• Facilitate on-floor training for both new and current Retail Associates.

• Strengthen product knowledge, customer service standards, and selling skills.

• Support performance coaching initiatives for SIS staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing).

• 2-5 years of experience in retail operations.

• Experience in managing multi-store/SIS/LFR or in supervisory retail positions is a plus.

• This field-based role entails daily or weekly travel to assigned stores.

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail seasons.

• Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam, in addition to English and Hindi, is required.
