Area Retail Associate, AP & Telangana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Report to the Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager.

• Assist various PUMA SIS with their daily operational needs.

• Monitor SIS-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Aid SIS personnel in meeting sales objectives by enhancing service and selling capabilities.

• Evaluate SIS performance and provide insights to the Area Sales Manager.

• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently applied throughout all SIS.

• Collaborate with the VM team on seasonal updates, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

• Conduct audits on SIS display quality and offer corrective action plans.

• Support SIS in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and shrinkage management.

• Identify fast- and slow-moving products and assist in stock balancing among stores.

• Report any stock gaps and discrepancies to the Area Manager.

• Facilitate on-floor training for both new and existing Retail Associates.

• Reinforce knowledge of products, customer service standards, and selling techniques.

• Provide performance coaching for SIS staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing).

• 2 to 5 years of experience in retail operations.

• Experience in managing multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is a plus.

• Willingness and capacity to travel daily or weekly to assigned stores.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and during peak retail seasons.
