This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness through impactful in-person interactions with rare cardiac accounts.
• Cultivate robust, compliant relationships with healthcare professionals in cardiology, multidisciplinary care teams, and office personnel within assigned accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state information to encourage appropriate usage of Rare Cardiac products.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market trends to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate patient identification and referral pathways.
• Assist with patient access by offering insights on prior authorization needs, reimbursement assistance, hubs, and co-pay resources as necessary.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, eliminate access obstacles, and promote Rare Cardiac business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategically plan, execute, and enhance activities within the Rare Cardiac territory.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree along with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or related therapeutic healthcare provider roles.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
