Area Manager – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will lead and mentor local teams across up to 10 studios in southern Germany (currently Stuttgart, Nuremberg, and 3 locations in Munich), playing a vital role in our operational success.

• You will ensure the maintenance of our quality standards.

• Acting as the liaison between the operational studios and headquarters, you will facilitate smooth communication and the execution of strategic initiatives.

• You will be the primary contact for our therapists and reception staff, focusing on their satisfaction and fostering their professional growth.

• You will strategize and oversee staffing requirements to guarantee efficient and employee-friendly scheduling.

• You will assist in addressing complex customer inquiries and ensure superior customer service across all studios.

• You will train teams in membership sales and contribute to building lasting customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification (Bachelor's degree is sufficient).

• Initial professional experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations Manager, ideally with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Experience in a startup environment and/or the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and develop teams.

• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.

• A passion for delivering excellence in both customer and employee experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy.

• Confidence in managing challenging situations with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel frequently to visit locations in the designated area; regular on-site presence is expected.
