Area Manager – Producing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Generate loans by overseeing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and managing the team’s loan pipeline.

• Mentor current Regional Loan Officers (LOs) to help them reach their maximum potential within the Company.

• Recruit Loan Officer candidates for the region.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new Loan Officer candidates, which includes training in the Company’s sales culture and practices, as well as coaching to support their success.

• Support the Regional team with production and strategic support initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience within the mortgage industry.

• A Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is mandatory.

• 5 years of supervisory experience or at least 2 years of management experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative management approach.

• Proficient in sales techniques.

• Innovative thinking paired with outstanding analytical abilities.

• Strong attention to detail along with the ability to communicate clearly.

• Must hold the necessary licenses from the relevant regulatory authority in each state where licensable activities occur.

• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
