This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel sales outcomes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client experience expectations across all locations within the designated area through consistent, hands-on store engagements.
• Collaborate directly with Store Managers and team members on the sales floor to reinforce effective selling practices, enhance product knowledge, and boost client interaction.
• Assess daily and weekly store performance metrics and promptly address any gaps, opportunities, and action plans with Store Managers.
• Guarantee that each store upholds consistent client communication through client books and the CRM system.
• Assist Store Managers in nurturing client relationships, managing class schedules, and fostering repeat business.
• Support in-store client events, appointments, and local outreach initiatives to expand the client base.
• Provide coaching to associates and Store Managers on best clienteling practices, which include outreach, follow-up, and personalized service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to devise and implement local community outreach strategies aimed at increasing new client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility.
• Ensure that every boutique maintains a regular schedule of client events and in-store experiences that drive traffic, strengthen client relationships, and boost sales performance.
• Review client books and CRM activities with store teams to pinpoint opportunities for deeper client engagement.
• Personally intervene to support client interactions and promptly address escalated client issues with urgency and discretion.
• Reinforce a consistently elevated client experience aligned with Company standards across every store visited.
• Ensure each store's merchandising and overall appearance meets Company standards.
• Walk the sales floor with Store Managers to evaluate visual merchandising, product placement, and store presentation, directing necessary corrections.
• Convey product performance, client feedback, and local market requirements to the relevant corporate partners.
• Uphold Loss Prevention and Inventory Control standards, following up on any discrepancies identified during store visits.
• A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in Store Management or multi-store retail leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of retail store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficient in interpreting and utilizing store-level reports, such as Profit and Loss statements, to inform day-to-day operations.
• Hands-on experience with clienteling and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
• Fundamental experience in Human Resources, including hiring, coaching, counseling, training, and development.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and hold Store Managers and associates accountable in person on the sales floor.
• Strong follow-through ability; capable of translating directives from the Director into actionable steps at the store level.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both store teams and corporate partners.
• Comfortable being highly visible and actively engaged across multiple stores on a daily basis.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, retail reporting systems, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support assigned stores (up to approximately 70%).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged periods on the sales floor and lifting up to 40 lbs.
