This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the performance and revenue objectives for the 12 LUMAS galleries located in Germany.

• You will lead the Gallery Managers, collaborate closely with the teams, recognize opportunities, and nurture their development.

• You will proactively engage in clienteling and train your teams to execute it effectively at a local level.

• You will create strategies to enhance the success of the galleries through effective networking.

• You will take full P&L responsibility, manage cost structures, and promote profitable growth.

• You will analyze store performance on a weekly basis and proactively devise actionable plans.

• Talent acquisition and management will be your top priorities to cultivate strong, sustainable teams.

• You will uphold a strong service ethos — from the quality of advice to the presentation of artwork, continuously enhancing the customer experience.

• Regular attendance at our headquarters in Berlin will be essential for coordination with the Head Office and participation in leadership meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading multiple locations or large teams, preferably within a retail context.

• You possess the ability to build trust and inspire your teams, with a background in clienteling and fostering a loyal customer base — emphasizing relationships over mere transactions.

• A solid understanding of P&L is essential; managing budgets and KPIs is part of your daily routine.

• You coach with conviction and have a genuine passion for developing people.

• You communicate fluently in both German and English.

• A high willingness to travel within Germany (70%+).
