Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sustainable sales performance in the designated Area, ensuring that sales and profitability objectives are achieved while upholding tactical and financial integrity.

• Foster a culture dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.

• Aim for excellence in every customer interaction by utilizing the service steps outlined in the Swarovski service and sales program.

• Support store teams in cultivating a loyal customer base by building strong relationships with current customers and actively recruiting new members for the Swarovski loyalty programs.

• Act as an advocate and role model, demonstrating active passion, enthusiasm, and integrity.

• Manage the execution of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and operational processes.

• Collaborate effectively across various teams and leaders, including executive teams.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier talent while implementing a succession plan to fulfill the requirements for an exceptional luxury customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with all performance management standards, which includes tracking disciplinary actions, rewarding employees appropriately, addressing complaints, resolving issues, conducting Performance reviews, and executing other company initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in store or multi-unit management.

• Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area for up to 100% of working time.

• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, and Merchandising at the retail store level.

• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
