This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure customer service excellence
• Co-author and implement the sales strategic planning
• Lead the technical and commercial team
• Conduct client visits as required
• Drive sales in the paper and pulp industry
• Maintain an active sales funnel with a high conversion rate
• Provide the appropriate resources for the team to achieve set goals
• Monitor client activities through regular visits
• Co-author the short and medium-term sales strategic planning
• Ensure the continuity and sustainability of current business
• Negotiate pricing and quantities with clients
• Ensure that sales processes are satisfactorily fulfilled
• Conduct benchmarking to track activities and market needs
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
• Experience in technical sales within the pulp and paper market
• Leadership; People management, negotiation skills, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, written and oral communication, results-oriented (sales and expenses), financial management, ethics
• Advanced English (preferred)
• Proficiency in Office Suite (preferred)
• Technical knowledge of pulp processes and paper manufacturing (preferred)
• Postgraduate degree (preferred)
