This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Support the customer experience throughout the entire installation job life cycle.
• Execute technical assessments, evaluate existing conditions, and validate product specifications.
• Carry out Job Site Inspections to evaluate work quality and ensure compliance with industry construction standards.
• Perform service provider badging verifications.
• Engage with customers to guarantee the installation experience aligns with The Home Depot standards.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address open questions, job modifications, complaints, and ongoing issues.
• Manage changes in scope-of-work, additional labor needs, material requirements, open services, and Care Tickets.
• Oversee all jobs within the designated area and product category.
• Document changes in job scope and ensure the timely closure of open services.
• Initiate requests for changes in scope to enhance job life-cycle timelines.
• Utilize reporting and relevant systems to improve customer experience and installation precision.
• Report to the District Installation Manager.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass any applicable pre-employment tests.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, or comparable experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred.
• Previous experience managing residential home improvement installation projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Sound business acumen.
• Proficient in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Collaborative leadership skills with a focus on partnerships.
• Ability to perform intermittent physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.
• Must be able to tolerate regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
• Generally requires overnight travel of less than 10% of the time.
