Area Installation Specialist, Exteriors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Supporting the customer experience throughout the entire installation job life cycle.

• Conducting technical assessments, evaluating pre-existing conditions, and confirming product specifications.

• Performing Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to assess work quality and engage with customers.

• Addressing customer complaints and making necessary decisions to avoid delays in the installation cycle.

• Collaborating with service providers to resolve issues and maintain a consistent installation experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment test if required.

• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.

• Previous experience in managing residential home improvement installation projects.
