This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Customize static advertisements and collaborate with social media leaders and content creators in missions to produce high-intent ads tailored to specific communities. Assist missionaries in creating “selfie videos” and other localized video content that will connect with local audiences, evaluated by the quantity of leads, cost per lead, and key performance indicators resulting from these ads.
• Collaborate with the Finding Support Center (FSC) advertisement specialists to modify strategies from other successful campaigns. May support in video editing tasks.
• Educate social media leaders and referral secretaries on their roles, including best practices for initial contact training, following up with missionaries for media referrals, managing mission/zone pages, message advertisements, and personal profile finding.
• Regularly analyze data on ad performance for each mission and identify areas for enhancement.
• Partner with Area Mission Specialists (AMS) to address their needs for information, training, and solutions regarding local social media challenges for areas or missions. Coordinate with AMS on the outcomes and requirements of missions.
• Collaborate with the Worldwide Finding team to exchange and learn about best practices, assess outcomes, report on objectives, conduct pilot programs, and coordinate additional initiatives.
• Must be a returned missionary.
• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
• Proven success in using Facebook Pages and Personal Profiles for generating leads.
• Skills and experience demonstrating a successful track record of executing complex projects that require multilateral support, training, and coordination, often in diverse languages and cultures.
