Area Director of Revenue Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage extensive revenue strategies across various hotels to enhance occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

• Spearhead multi-property revenue initiatives by examining demand, historical performance, competitive landscapes, and market trends.

• Improve RevPAR through dynamic pricing, inventory management, oversell approaches, and market mix optimization across transient, group, and wholesale sectors.

• Perform continuous competitive price and product evaluations to ensure appropriate rate positioning within each market.

• Assess historical data, pickup trends, and forecasts, converting insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Sales on group pricing, patterns, Select & Sell Guidelines, cut-off dates, and core business strategy.

• Oversee all distribution and reservation channels including PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, brand.com, OTAs, third-party platforms, call centers, and e-commerce.

• Organize and lead weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings with property teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and property teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in senior hotel Revenue Management positions.

• Experience in multi-property revenue management is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Marriott- and Accor-branded hotels.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience with Marriott, IDeaS, and Opera is preferred.
