This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Area Development Manager (ADM) reports directly to the Regional Area Development Manager.
• The ADM is tasked with strategically enhancing and expanding merchandise supply within the territory through the FUNDrive program.
• The role involves lead generation to establish connections with non-profit organizations to fulfill supply requirements.
• To achieve set territory objectives, the ADM will oversee and foster accountability among Market Associate (MA) reports to ensure they meet their designated targets.
• Building robust relationships with operations, RSCM teams, and local non-profit organizations is a key responsibility of the ADM.
• The ADM excels in developing and sustaining relationships, engaging with a variety of personalities and viewpoints.
• This individual conveys a credible and polished image during presentations and sales, communicating effectively and persuasively.
• The ADM is a self-motivated professional, requiring minimal supervision, while remaining aligned with Saver’s vision and core values.
• As a vital member of the Sourcing Team, the ADM is accountable for crafting and implementing the strategy for the FUNDrive Program within their territory.
• Success in this role is assessed based on ADM & MA team production and development, business acumen, market metrics, OK volume, product quality, hard mix ratio, customer (FUNDrive) satisfaction, and market strategy for high-level partnerships, vertical marketing, and referrals.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Team management is essential.
• Marketing and entrepreneurial experience is considered a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a regional, multi-unit chain environment is necessary.
• Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
• Experience with CRM systems is needed.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
