This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically enhance and expand merchandise supply within the territory via the FUNDrive program.
• Cultivate leads and foster relationships with nonprofit organizations to fulfill supply requirements.
• Oversee and establish accountability for Market Associate reports to reach set objectives.
• Formulate and implement the FUNDrive Program strategy for the supply territory.
• Establish robust connections with operations, RSCM teams, and local nonprofit organizations.
• Spearhead community outreach initiatives to elevate brand awareness and uncover partnership opportunities.
• Devise strategies for nonprofit partners to generate revenue through FUNDrives.
• Increase FUNDrive volume through influence and follow-up during and post-events.
• Collaborate on national event selection and spearhead local activation efforts.
• Assist in new store openings by fostering community connections, driving donations, and enhancing awareness.
• Identify marketing opportunities and facilitate lead generation.
• Create referral programs with local nonprofit partners to boost volume.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to uphold FUNDrive standards and ensure the receipt of goods.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate weekly and monthly outcomes to uncover opportunities and maximize success.
• Work alongside the Regional Area Development Manager, FUNDrive Associate Director, District Managers, Store Managers, CDC Ambassadors, and Regional Supply Chain Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, team management, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
• 2–3 years of experience in the regional, multi-unit chain sector.
• Proficient in Office 365, CRM, and Power BI.
• Background in sales and team management.
• Experience in delivering presentations and using PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in business analytics and reporting.
• Some familiarity with or experience in social media.
• Skills in lead generation and business development.
• Capability to manage and mentor a team toward a robust pipeline of both large and small relationships.
• Exceptional customer contact management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask with minimal oversight.
• Proficient interaction with all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Skill in influencing store activation.
• Results-oriented mindset with quantifiable targets.
• Excellent time management, project coordination, and follow-through capabilities.
• Flexibility to work Central and Eastern Time schedules.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times annually for regional and/or national meetings.
