This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of overall commercial performance within the designated territory, which includes revenue, orders, and pipeline development.
• Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the territory that aligns with business goals.
• Drive year-over-year growth across the entire HSS product range.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of key strategic accounts within the territory.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with OEMs, end users, and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans to enhance share of wallet.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within the HSS portfolio.
• Generate new business opportunities, including acquiring new logos.
• Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Increase presence across new applications, industries, and customers within the territory.
• Lead and coordinate resources from the territory team (e.g., Field Application Engineers, Distribution Managers).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Position Honeywell as a strategic partner through integrated solution selling.
• Develop precise sales forecasts and manage the pipeline using Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside/field sales within a related industrial or technical domain.
• Proven experience managing a geographic territory and being responsible for a sales quota.
• Demonstrable track record in driving revenue growth and building a sales pipeline.
• Experience collaborating with OEM customers and/or distribution networks.
• Ability to sell technical products and solution-oriented offerings.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience selling across a diverse portfolio or multi-product environment.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking and territory planning.
• Experience working across various industries (oil & gas, transportation, healthcare, aerospace, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
