This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Implementing the Sales Strategy
• Execute the Planned Joint Business Planning Objectives throughout the year.
• Increase penetration of 3M Products in Trade Channels—achieving Level 2-3 distribution and engaging Retailers.
• Manage Sales Promoters for Route—ensuring daily call coverage, order collection, customer engagement activations, and merchandising of retail outlets.
• Identify opportunities for sales promotions within the allocated budget to enhance premium value portfolio.
• Launch new products to capture maximum market share in a competitive environment.
• Optimize and appoint channel partners in accordance with the coverage model and Division priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams to develop and implement the Trade Marketing calendar.
• Attain new Retailer enrollments following the planned coverage model for market penetration.
• Meet Accounts Receivable Targets.
• Conduct Channel Business Reviews—sharing leads and opportunities on a weekly/monthly basis, fostering a healthy sales pipeline, and closing leads with Channel Sales Representatives.
• Deliver the Cross Selling Plan and DSR Driven Sales Generation Strategy.
• Establish a pipeline for Sales execution via SFDC and facilitate the conversion of leads into actual sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Business with a proven track record.
• Process-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a focus on multiple product divisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution, preferably with an MBA.
