This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage with Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers within the designated geographical territory and convey a clinically focused message to introduce, launch, enhance brand share and revenue, while consistently achieving product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, CSU, and EOE indications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other essential field-based stakeholders, such as Regeneron Sales Professional counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and Market Access teammates, Thought Leader Liaisons, and others in the territory to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, develop strategies that align with brand and corporate objectives, and ensure optimal account success within the assigned geography.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with immunology experts and additional Allergy/ENT specialists in the assigned region, along with biologic coordinators, office personnel, and other vital healthcare staff and key patient advocacy support groups as directed.
• Drive outcomes by identifying key opportunities and formulating strategic business plans to enhance product utilization and expand territory business.
• Plan, organize, and implement local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Optimize the budget allocated to the geographical territory to support the execution of strategies and tactics, thereby generating and growing the business.
• Participate in and help lead initiatives to bolster sales success as assigned (e.g., engage in industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech sales, OR relevant clinical experience.
• Proven ability to learn and apply technical and scientific information related to products.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory.
• Documented success and a positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with a high level of integrity within compliance guidelines.
• Ability to function as a “team player” in collaboration with partners and internal colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2 years of experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics is strongly preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience in asthma or other immunology disorders such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, or ulcerative colitis is strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience selling to Allergists and/or ENTs.
